Arvada Waste Container Code Reminder

Lake Arbor HOA reminds all residents that Arvada Municipal Code, Chap. 18,  Sect.18-517 forbids the storage of trash and recycle containers in front of residences. This includes in the street, on sidewalks, or on driveways. Containers may only be in front for no more than 24 consecutive hours for collection. Proper storage is on the side or rear of residences or in the garage. The municipal code is enforceable by the Code Enforcement arm of the police department. Your neighbors appreciate containers being stored out of sight behind fences. Please help keep the neighborhood looking great by storing your containers properly.
