The covenant-controlled community of Lake Arbor and its homeowners’ association, known as the Lake Arbor Homeowners Association, welcomes you to our neighborhood. Lake Arbor, established in 1971, is a residential community located in the northwest Denver metropolitan area in the City of Arvada. There are 1001 homes in Lake Arbor.
Our residents enjoy a wonderful neighborhood, great schools, and local businesses. Lake Arbor is a great location for people commuting to Boulder or the Denver Tech center with easy access to Regional Transporation District services.

Officers
Officers ensure compliance with the Protective Covenants, protect HOA assets, advocate for the neighborhood, and disseminate information relevant to Lake Arbor.
Administrative Positions
Running an HOA has other responsibilities fulfilled by other volunteer members.
